Scaffolding system
We design, optimize, and manufacture high-grade scaffolding and formwork systems—built for safety, precision, and speed on-site.
Cuplock Scaffolding System
The Cuplock System is the most widely used multipurpose scaffolding system in the world. Its success lies in its unique circular locking mechanism, which allows up to four horizontals to be connected to a single vertical in one manual action—without the use of nuts, bolts, or wedges.
At [MS, our Cuplock systems are engineered for high load-bearing capacity and extreme durability, making them the preferred choice for major infrastructure projects across South India.
The “Node Point” Technology
The heart of the system is the Cup Action.
- Fixed Bottom Cup: Welded to the vertical standard at 500mm intervals.
- Sliding Top Cup: Moves down to lock the ledger blades into the bottom cup.
- The Lock: A simple hammer blow on the top cup creates a rigid, vibration-proof joint.
Technical Specifications
Our Cuplock components are manufactured from high-grade YST-210/240/310 steel to ensure maximum safety.
Vertical Standards (Uprights)
Equipped with fixed bottom cups and movable top cups.
- Tube Diameter: 48.3 mm OD (Outer Diameter)
- Wall Thickness: Depending upon the application.
- Available Sizes: 3.0m | 2.5m | 2.0m | 1.5m | 1.0m | 0.5m
Horizontal Ledgers
Features forged steel “blades” at both ends that fit into the cups of the standards.
- Tube Diameter: 48.3 mm OD (Outer Diameter)
- Wall Thickness: Depending upon the application.
- Available Sizes: 3.0m | 2.5m | 2.0m | 1.5m | 1.0m | 0.5m
Essential Components
- Universal Jack: Adjustable base/head jack for height leveling.
- Intermediate Transoms: Used to support scaffolding boards between ledgers.
- Cantilever Frames: Designed to extend the platform beyond the vertical line.
Lattice Frame Scaffolding System
Our Lattice Frame system is a specialized, lightweight solution designed specifically for finishing works such as external plastering, painting, and facade maintenance. Unlike heavier industrial staging, this system is optimized for speed and easy handling.
- Optimized for Finishing: The lightweight design allows workers to move and reconfigure the scaffolding quickly as the project progresses across different sections of a building.
- Ease of Handling: Because the components are light, they can be easily transported to higher floors and assembled with minimal manual effort, reducing labor fatigue.
- Sturdy Access: Despite its light weight, the lattice design provides excellent lateral stability, giving painters and plasterers a steady, vibration-free platform to work on.
- Best For: Residential apartments, commercial complexes, and renovation projects where rapid access to the building's exterior is the priority.
H-Frame Scaffolding System
Our H-Frame (or Ladder Frame) systems are the backbone of the Indian construction industry. They consist of rigid welded frames connected by cross-bracings to create a stable, multi-level work platform.
- Best For: External wall plastering, painting, cladding, and general building maintenance.
- Key Advantage: Simple design that requires minimal training to erect; highly cost-effective for high-rise buildings
Staircase Scaffolding System
Safety and accessibility are paramount on any site. Our Staircase towers are integrated into the scaffolding structure to provide workers with a safe, ergonomic way to move materials and personnel between levels.
- Best For: High-rise construction and industrial maintenance where frequent vertical movement is required.
- Key Advantage: Replaces dangerous ladders with wide, slip-resistant steps and handrails, significantly reducing the risk of on-site accidents.
